Account deletion

In the app

Open Cardo → Settings (the gear at the top right) → Delete account and confirm. Your account and all cards are deleted from the server immediately and permanently.

Without the app

From the e-mail address you registered with, write to info@tomasvohradnik.cz with the subject “Cardo – account deletion”. We will delete the account within 30 days and confirm it by e-mail.

What gets deleted

Your e-mail, password hash and all cards including usage data. Database backups on the server are overwritten and no longer contain any of the account's data after 60 days at the latest.
